We are building a new generation of property management at reltix.
Until now, property management has only covered a fraction of what ownership actually entails. We are creating a world where property owners are no longer left alone with the complexity of their real estate.
In addition to our comprehensive management services, we proactively care for our customers' properties as if they were our own. Through our in-house software developed directly with users, we simplify and automate background processes and use the time saved to work together with our customers on projects that bring real added value. This is how we create an AI-native ecosystem where all home-related services gradually run through one point: reltix.
For this, we are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with Frontend focus to help us build the first functioning AI-native property management company in Germany.
Your Role:
As a Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus, you will significantly shape the user interface and user experience of our AI-native platform. You will develop functional and appealing frontends that make complex property management processes intuitive and accessible for our users.
You will work closely with the operations team, founders, and directly with customers to develop solutions that create real added value and shape the future of property management.
What you will do:
- You will develop functional and appealing frontends with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, helping to shape the future of digital property management
- You will take full ownership of user experience and product quality, from prototype to production.
- You will work in a true greenfield environment with maximum technical freedom and the opportunity to help shape everything from the ground up
- You will develop AI interfaces and solutions for human-AI interaction that intelligently automate complex processes
- You will integrate backend systems in Golang and expand your technical skills in the process (prior experience not required)
- You will work closely with users, internal teams, and management to test ideas early and iterate directly based on real needs
What defines you:
- Experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend focus or a passion for frontend development
- Proficiency with modern frontend technologies (ideally Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind).
- Enjoyment in building products from scratch and taking full ownership
- Interest in AI use cases and designing interfaces for human-AI interaction
- Willingness to learn backend integration (Golang), prior experience not required, eagerness to learn is crucial
- Product understanding and the drive to build solutions that actually work for users
- Fluent English is required, German language skills are a plus
