Forward Deployed Engineer (m/w/d)

In an industry that largely still runs on paper, selling the 30th software tool is not the solution. At reltix, we are taking a different approach entirely. Instead of building yet another platform for existing property managers , we are offering property management as a service ourselves while building and owning the technology that powers it from the inside out. That means developing our own internal OS that covers everything from back-office to customer-facing operations, all under one roof. As we deliver the service, we automate it. As we automate it, we deploy AI across every workflow. Over time, we transform property management from a fragmented, manual service into the platform the industry and its customers have always deserved.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you are the direct bridge between user needs and technical execution. You go out, listen, understand, and then prototype or build. You are not behind a screen, but you are on-site: in conversation with our property managers and accountants, our business team and clients. You interview the people we build for, translate their problems into technical requirements, prototype rapidly, and ship working solutions. Whatever needs optimisation, you are the first to help. On top of that you own parts of our back-office infrastructure across Sales, Finance, and Analytics to improve efficiencies and data transparency.
